The continuous development of society, we have entered into the era of knowledge economy, economic globalization and the technological development of the industry changed, the market structure changed, and these factors increased the environmental uncertainty, the advantage of the enterprise changed with the change of environment. In the rapidly changing dynamic environment, in order to achieve the sustainable development, it is necessary to enhance the dynamic capability, therefore, the evaluation of dynamic capabilities and upgrading of dynamic capabilities has become a hot research topic of scholars.From the perspective of tacit knowledge sharing, the dynamic capabilities of enterprises depends on whether the enterprise can successfully realize the tacit knowledge in each department, each employee and enterprise level, the sharing of tacit knowledge transformation and innovation, so that everyone can timely in the enterprise fully communication and sharing, and the enterprise tacit knowledge sharing it can be successfully, efficiently convert these tacit knowledge into products or services, promote to realize the dynamic capability of enterprise. Therefore, the problem of dynamic capability from the tacit knowledge sharing of enterprises is particularly important.Based on Tacit knowledge sharing views, this study focused on dynamic capabilities. Through reviewing the concept and nature of Tacit knowledge sharing, interpreting the existing dynamic capabilities definition, the author explored the relationship of Tacit knowledge sharing and dynamic capability, analyzed the Tacit knowledge sharing activities of dynamic capabilities evolution, and then put forward a new dimension constitute frame work of dynamic capabilities based on knowledge-based view.Build a dynamic capability evaluation model and the evaluation index system from the four dimensions of learning ability, technical competence, knowledge integration capability and ability to innovate. And have an empirical test, provide a theoretical basis for enterprises to evaluate, nurture and enhance the dynamic capability.This article is divided into five chapters:the first chapter outlines the basis of the research background and significance, the technical route and the main content of this article; the second chapter summarizes the theory and research status of tacit knowledge and enterprise dynamic capability; the third chapter uses the questionnaire and factor analysis to construct the evaluation system of dynamic capability; the fourth chapter makes FUDE group as a case study, evaluates its dynamic capability, and puts forward some suggestions on its dynamic capability upgrading; the fifth chapter is the conclusion and puts forward previews of future research.
