Dali Ancient City Of Sustainable Development Strategy

The Dali Ancient Town is the tourism center of the Dali City; its development has great affection on the whole development of the Dali City. But it has encountered many problems on its development in recent years, such as lower competition, slower developing speed, which hinder the economic development on both the Dali Ancient Town and the Dali City. Facing this condition, this dissertation tends to help people to resolve these problems. By learning the foreign experience on the small town development, the dissertation provides many useful methods on strategic assessment, strategic choice and the implementation of the strategy for the Dali Ancient Town during its sustainable development. It presents to use regular sustainable development methods and theory to analysis the sustainable development of the Dali Ancient Town. The propose is to provide a new idea for the Dali Ancient Town to complete its development goal.First, the data and conclusion from practice and references will help to support the research of the following study.Then, it will introduce the construction of the sustainable development index system of the Dali Ancient Town and how to analysis the sustainable development index system.The last, the text will tell you how to choose the best development strategies for the Dali Ancient Town. It will main explain the SWOT-QSPM analysis and AHP methods to help you to choose the better sustainable development strategies for the Dali Ancient Town; After that, it will explain how to put the better sustainable development strategies which include the strategies of both protection and development are the same important and tourism as the pillar cornerstone industry into effect.
