In recent years regional Tourism Co-opetition become the direction of a new type of tourism research, and aroused the concern of many scholars at home and abroad. Our predecessors have achieved certain results on the topic, for example, using Niche Theory, game theory, symbiosis theory to analyze of the phenomenon of Regional Tourism Cooperation, but there is no theoretical framework. This article refers to Theory of Value Chain to analyze the impact of tourism co-opetition factors and driving forces, and analyze the impact of tourism co-opetition factors and driving forces in FuJian TuLou, and propose a new model and countermeasures.This study focused on the following aspects:First, outlining the impact of competing factors of regional tourism by reading and summarizing Reference; Second, according to Theory of Value Chain,the value of activities and profits as the two aspects of a regional tourism study; Regional Tourism co-opetition factors come from the process of the value of activities, while profit is the driving force for Regional Tourism Co-opetition; Third, analyze the impact of tourism competing factors and driving forces in FuJian TuLou; Forth, propose a new model and countermeasures. This study aims to explore ways to promote the development of Tulou, and promote the Co-opetition development of this area.
