| With the development of civilization, urban dwellers live a high-pressured life, which makes them pursue quiet and comfortable life. This is the reason for the start of the home-stay tourism. The home-stay tourism started in 1980s in China. And it has developed rapidly because of the strong support from Chinese government. As an important part of agriculture industry and service industry, the home-stay tourism is very attractive to tourists. However, there are some problems during the operating course of the home-stay tourism. Thus, a lot of scholars are concerned about the sustainable development of the home-stay tourism. The operating mode is one of the most important part of the sustainable development, so there are many studies about the operating mode of the home-stay tourism.The object of this study is the home-stay tourism based on scenic spot. This study is on the operating mode of the operator of the home-stay tourism. This study tries discovering some regular operating pattern of the operator of the home-stay tourism through the survey of Tianmu village, using SPSS16.0 for analyzing. Based on this, the study tries establishing a decision-making mode of the operating mode of the home-stay tourism operator.Conclusions of this study include:Factors of profit of the home-stay tourism have been found, including the number of room, seating arrangement, bed, and operator, operating area, and amount of investment. There are two features of the operation of the operator, strongly dependent on scenic spot and some life cycle of evolution. There is a close relationship between the scenic spot life cycle and the home-stay tourism operator life cycle. Some life cycle of evolution of operating mode has also been found. At last, the returns to scale is a good criterion to stage of operator of the home-stay tourism. |
