Research On The Operating Model Of Home-stay Tourism

As a new rural industrial form organically combined with the first industry and the third industry,home-stay tourism has made great contributions to solve the "three rural issues" in the suburbs.It is agriculture,rural,farming as a carrier,with local resources as the foundation.It is the new rural industry that adapt to the new trend of consumption in urban and rural areas which gradually developed,home-stay tourism narrows the gap between urban and rural economy,increase farmers’ income,plays an important role in the optimization and upgrading of the structure of tourism products.In recent ten years,the development of home-stay tourism has been expanding rapidly.There have been variety home-stay tourism operating models in the whole country which great achievements have been made.The operating model of home-stay tourism is playing an increasingly prominent role.But it is undeniable that there are still a lot of problems that can not be ignored in the development process of home-stay tourism,which should be paid enough attention to.The connotation of the model of home-stay tourism has quite a lot,it involves different stakeholders,the tourism elements influence,the impact of government management and market forces and other factors.In order to achieve the sustainable development of the home-stay tourism model and take the different interests of the main contact.It means using the unique rural agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,fishery and other natural resources and human resources to attract tourists,providing work experience,sightseeing,leisure,catering and entertainment diversification and systematic services.The choice of home-stay tourism model are influenced by the economic basis,consumption level,industrial base,tourism resources and government policy.Based on the comparative analysis,theoretical research and field research,this paper applies the theory of sustainable development,stakeholder theory and property rights theory to the research of home-stay tourism model and takes Huangpi District of Wuhan as an example.This thesis firstly explains the definition of related home-stay tourism,the model of home-stay tourism,and discusses the characteristics and causes of home-stay tourism,combing the sustainable development theory,stakeholder theory and property rights theory;then,taking the typical home-stay tourism model for the analysis,focusing on the United States and Japan and Korean model,as well as domestic Zhejiang and Chengdu home-stay tourism model,compares them with the home-stay tourism model operating characteristics,the support of the government and the industrial foundation at home and abroad,pointed out some experience;third,which is the focus of this paper,the Huangpi area home-stay tourism model were studied.The main contents include: analysis of rural tourism resources in Huangpi area and characteristics,discusses the evolution model of home-stay tourism model in Huangpi area and the main form,summarizes the characteristics of home-stay tourism model in Huangpi District,points out the existing the current problems in the development of home-stay tourism.Taking Jinli Street gully,Mulan grassland and Sheng Tian farm as an example,this paper analyzes the typical home-stay tourism model in Huangpi District,and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of Huangpi District.
