Titanium is a strategic metal, has great prospects for development high quality material. China to become a 21st century world economic and military power, it must becomes the powerful industrial country of world. However, with the titanium market continues to develop, there is more intense competition among enterprises, there are some problems in the Yunnan Xinli Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Xinli Company), such as property right system, management system, operational mechanism, operating efficiency and senior personnel and so on. How to create the optimal benefit? And how to exist and develop in competitive and complicated external environment are the most important problems which need to be solved immediately.This article researches on the company's strategies in management and development has grasped numerous materials by investigating and researching the practical situation of the own company. At the same time, the company combines the personal experience in administration and practical experience, using many analysis tools of strategic management for researching on the company's strategies in management and development systemically. At first, this article illustrates the essay's background information, the purpose and meaning of studying, document summary and the fundamental theories of strategic management. The concept of strategic management and analysis tools of strategy are also introduced in the second part. Then this article analyzes the external and internal environment of the company, after that the company raises detailed strategies in management and development according to the actual situation while the strategic matures are also be disused. At the end, the conclusion is the company can adopt the strategies strategy to promote the company to make the ultimate development goals come true as soon as possible. While analyzing the external environment the company adopts the strategic tools of PEST to analyze the environment of company's Law and Politics, economic, socioculture, technology and industry, etc. While analyzing the internal environment the company adopts Resource Theory and Core Competence Theory, SWOT model to analyze the equipment, technology, human resources, advantages and disadvantages, opportunity and Threats of the company. This article is according to the actual operation of the company and regarding the actual data as basis. The company also references the operations of peers in a suitable way to formulate a reasonable operation strategy which has reference value to the company and other Titanium enterprises.
