Finally, correlation and regression analysis to procrastinations with the insurance sales are closely related to some psychological factors. The results showed that:(1) the preparation of procrastinations in the insurance sales staff questionnaire has good reliability and validity, in line with the requirements of the mind, learning, can be used as procrastinations in insurance sales staff survey tool.(2) procrastinations in the insurance sales performance in five areas:work support, task uncertainty, task significance, sufficient knowledge and a sense of personal responsibility.(3) Insurance sales people working to procrastination the whole, the procrastination condition is not very serious, but can not be ignored, gender and education does not exist significant differences in age, rank, performance and working hours, there was significant difference.(4) self-esteem and self-efficacy factors at work and work procrastination to procrastination the close relationship, may play some intermediary role.
