In 2008, the world financial crisis pushed the G20 to the global economic govern stage. Three years passed, G20 has already become a third-class structure which is formed by the work team conference, the Treasury Secretary conference and the leader conference. The G20 devotes to building a new multilateral cooperation platform for the developed countries and the developing countries. The aim of the G20 is to promote communication and cooperation on the international currency, trade, and financial policies among main economies. The G20 makes strong contributions for the recovery of the global economy, and concentrates to form an effective and sustainable global economic system.Today, the G20 summit has already been held five times. The world economy has already gone out of the most severe recession. Although conflicts happen frequently, the members of G20 can carry out effective cooperation all the same. It can be said that if the G20 does not exist, the financial crisis would bring a greater loss to the world economy, and the recovery period would be unable to forecast.This essay focuses on the establishment, evolution and the development process of the G20, and analyses the G20 mechanism advancement systematically. The writer elaborates the details of how the G20 impels the world main economies to cooperate under the international finance and political system. And what role does the G20 play in the international cooperation? What are the restrictive factors for the G20? At the same time, as an important member of the G20, what is the role of China?There are four chapters in the article:Chapter One demonstrates the significance of the topic, the present situation in domestic and foreign research.Chapter Two elaborates the causes of the world financial crisis, including the entire process of derivation, eruption and proliferation, and the disastrous influence what the world financial crisis brings to the world economy. Chapter Three mainly discusses the international cooperative agent, development and restrictive factors under the G20 frame.Chapter Four mainly demonstrates the relation between the G20 and China. The first section brings up the question, namely which challenge China is going to face under the G20 frame. The second section proposes the viewpoint that China should exert more active effect in G20, demonstrates what standards China should take in the motion as well.
