The Study Of Forestry Property Right System In Fujian Province

The core content of this article is to research the system problem of forestry property right in Fujian. The thesis consists of six chapters:(1) introduction; (2) summary of forestry system and forestry property right; (3) overall analysis of the reform of forestry property right system in Fujian; (4) regional cases analysis and evaluation of the reform of forestry property right system in Fujian; (5) policies orientation of the reform of forestry property right system in Fujian in new period; (6) research results and discussion.Chapter 1, the research problem was put forward in the introduction. This chapter pointed out the significance and background of the system problem of the forestry property right system in Fujian. In the meantime, the research content and technology chart were offered. And then, the data used in this chapter was explained in detail. The investigation resolve and practical method were expounded in this chapter. At last, the research goal and innovation were summary.Forestry system and forestry property right system were expounded in chapter 2. The summary of relation research of forestry property right system were made and evaluated. Then, the forestry system was analyzed in detail. Especially, the main mean and characteristics of forestry property right system were expounded.In chapter 3, the overall analysis of forestry property right system reform was made. The history change process of forestry property right system was reviewed. The problems of forestry property right system were analyzed deeply, so as to put forward countermeasures for forestry property right system.The case of Yanping of Nanping in Fujian was compared about the forestry property right system reform achievements of before reform then after. The achievement of forestry property right system reform in Fujian was evaluated. And then, the reform of forestry property right system was summarized in Sanming in Fujian.In chapter 5, some countermeasures were put forward. These countermeasures contains:better the law system of forestry; exploiting the government responsibility to serve for farms; dealing with the relationship between collectivity and personal benefit; clarifying the property of forestry, and so on.Summary was made in chapter 6, and several important results were discussed in this chapter.
