Forestry property right mortgage loan is the outcome of revolution of collective forestry right system, as well as a significant route to push the forestry capitalization. Yong’an city has become the pioneer in Fujian province to launch the forestry property right mortgage loan activity since Y2004, and the activity is being popularized successively in other cities in Fujian province in the following years. This essay will apply the influential factors on farmers’forestry property right mortgage loan through application of logistic model analysis and empirical analysis, and then search the most remarkable elements. Finally, put forward the relevant suggestions to help the execution and generalization of the forestry property right mortgage loan in Fujian province.This essay is divided into six parts. The introduction will be presented at first, it briefly introduce the research background, significance and primary contents, also indicates the research method, technical routes, and the innovation and drawbacks of this essay, in the meanwhile, current research status of domestic and overseas within the theme of farmers’forestry property right mortgage loan, including farmers’ decision behavior, borrowing behavior and forestry property right mortgage loan et al. are demonstrated. The theories related with forestry property right mortgage loan will be described in the second part, including externality theory, transaction cost theory, financing theory, credit theory and behavioral economics theory et al. The analysis of fundamental situation of forestry property right mortgage loan will be stated in the third section, with the following topics such as the necessity and feasibility of components, feature analysis and launch of forestry property right mortgage loan, five models comparison and current situation of forestry property right mortgage loan in Fujian province. Additionally, from farmers’personal and family features, farmers’ social capital, forestry production scale and revenue structure, the costs of forestry property right mortgage loan and protection of forest management perspective, it evaluates the possible factors which may influence on farmers’forestry property right mortgage loan. Furthermore, the essay will constitute the influential factors through column league table analysis and logistic model, and then make further analysis in terms of the questionnaires results in Pingnan, Changtai, Zhangping and Yong’an in Fujian province. At last, the research result will be summarized and relevant recommendations will be put forward accordingly.The consequence expresses that nine variations (farmer’s age, family scale, family labor quantity, long-term migrant workers quantity, family forestry quantity, family forestry area, whether the farmer has migrant work experience, whether somebody has been appointed as village cadre, whether they have obtained credit loan) are related with the application of forestry property right mortgage loan through column league table analysis. Besides, family forestry area and whether farmers have obtained credit loan are the most remarkable factors for contributing to forestry property right mortgage loan application by the analysis from logistic model. According to the research result, this essay has proposed recommendations such as larger scale activity publicity; enhancement of education and training for farmers; better support from government to reduce the farmers’loan cost; improve the forestry property right transaction platform; set up a sound forest insurance mechanism et al.
