Cereals Logistics is an important part of the whole logistics community. It plays an important part in accelerating the development of modern logistics development in cereals, reducing transaction costs, improving circulation efficiency and promoting comprehensive and sustainable development of economic and social significance. The development of China's cereals logistics business has not just started cereals distribution center in Shenzhen, it is a long way to go indeed. The research of construction of cereals logistics center in Shenzhen has important theoretical and practical significance.This article is to study the feasibility of building a logistics center in Shenzhen, which is the most critical work in this process. First, via market survey, demand analysis and urban construction requirement, the market positioning and the overall layout of this project were identified. Second, through analyzing the site status and building conditions of this project and similar successful cases in China, the construction mode and operational mode of this project were determined. At last, in order to evaluate the benefit of this project, many charts were drew up, such as Cash-flow chart and so on. Then these data was studied carefully and the main evaluation indexes were calculated such as the financial internal rate of return, investment recovery period, and then the financial condition of this project was inspected. Also through break-even analysis and sensibility analysis, the magnitude of the risk was evaluated. At last the conclusion was reached:This project will have significant economic and social benefit, of which the development is feasible.
