Then these data was studied carefully and the main evaluation indexes were calculated such as the financial internal rate of return, investment recovery period, and then the financial condition of this project was inspected. Also through break-even analysis and sensibility analysis, the magnitude of the risk was evaluated. At last the conclusion was reached:This project will have significant economic and social benefit, of which the development is feasible.
