With the development of China's reform process and the deepening of the market, the impact and pressure from WTO and WHO on tobacco industry is becoming further strengthened, and with the rising global tobacco control movement, customer value management is the one of factors which has become the key to influence on tobacco companies sustainable development. Therefore, the application of customer value management in the management of the tobacco business, the analysis of the implementation of customer value management in the tobacco industry, will be conducive to the sustainable development of China's tobacco industry.This paper reviews the literature of customer value management and the concept of customer relationship management, arranging the relationship between the comb. And then through the investigation and empirical analysis methods to analyze the current situation of customer value management in Huaihua tobacco companies, highlighting the current deficiencies of customer value management in Huaihua tobacco companies. Finally, I put forward a series of improvement principles and specific measures based on the present situation which to enhance the ability of managing customer value in Huaihua tobacco companies...
