The from a practical point of view, taking Huaihua tobacco company as the research object, combined with domestic and international compensation management theories, in reading a lot of documents based on, starting from the field survey, in an informal visits based, supplemented by questionnaire survey, study of ethnic minority regions, the tobacco company existing salary management system, system implementation, as well as the implementation of some disadvantages in the process, found that system design unreasonable, not open, opaque, and the lack of feedback is salary management is one of the most prominent problems. Lack of interactive communication process, of grass-roots staff advocacy does not reach the designated position caused by the weakness in the implementation of salary management system, and make the incentive function of the salary management did not get to play a positive. Therefore, we should improve the salary management project targeted and enhance the transparency of the assessment process, according to the detailed assessment indicators, strengthen enforcement, and establish a good system of feedback, timely adjustment of the assessment indicators and remuneration, expectations in order to optimize the personnel structure, enterprise to enhance the quality of personnel, more comprehensive talent to play the knowledge, skills and creativity the into the enterprise production efficiency, and eventually reach the final purpose of appraisal salary management is the core competitiveness of enterprises ultimately is the competition of talents, and comprehensive promotion personnel quality, the ultimate realization of the tobacco industry benign development.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part, the main content is the background and significance of the topic and analysis of the current stage of domestic and foreign literature on salary management research.
