Most of the training project managers are focusing on the implementation of the project and do not have a comprehensive understanding of the management level, there are still significant deficiencies about finding problems and improvements in accordance with issues. Training work is ongoing, there is a need not only to assess a particular project, but more to be reasonable to estimate the level of the training project management, to be clear about the direction of future development and continuous to improve these work. Project management maturity is the maturity of the project management process,the process of the project management maturity is escalating with the level of project management process. So the project management maturity model is used to evaluate the level of project management, to identify deficiencies and weaknesses, to form improvement strategies, continue to improve project management capabilities.This paper uses some kind of approaches of literature research, for example, documentary research method, questionnaire method, expert interviews approach, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a management evaluation system suitable for BJYC professional skills training project is established, the author has completed the main work is as follows:(1) BJYC professional skills training project management maturity concept model is established. Project management training and project management maturity theory is studied, a relatively suitable model as the main basis for modeling is chosen, combined with professional skills training project life cycle process, main content of each stage of the professional skills training project is studied, the professional skills training elements of project management training and project management maturity levels and features is identified.(2)Evaluation index system for BJYC professional skills training project management maturity model is established. Firstly, the seven-level indicators and 28 secondary indicators are determined; secondly, maturity is divided into five grades, project management training evaluation level indicators are designed; finally the evaluation of the right weight are defined.(3)The model is used and the appropriate evaluation method is selected to evaluate BJYC professional skills training project management maturity levels, by analyzing the results of the evaluation, some training issues on project management are dug out, some suggestions on how to improve BJYC professional skills training project management are proposed.Through theoretical and empirical research, the management maturity model and evaluation methods of this paper is in line with the actual situation of BJYC professional skills training project management, so to evaluate BJYC professional skills training project management level scientific and rational plays a positive role to promote the training level of project management promotion. |
