Using prices determination enables logistics road transportation enterprises to carry out a good safety management and positive security operations. To gain additional economic surplus and efficient support strategic layout is to gain more of the resources those companies need to meet the distribution strategies and form a unique advantage of routes. It is a very important and useful research activity.In this paper, we selected third-party state-owned chemical logistics road transport enterprises-SIC as a research object, combined methods included corporate interviews, literature search, induction and deduction, hoping that the pricing management and pricing rules problems can be found, a more scientific and reasonable price adjustment model can be proposed to handle the problems business now faced, whereas long-term operation and effective development must be taken in depth.Feature of article mainly focused on two points:First, under the background of relatively little third-party chemic logistics road transportation price theory, this paper considers current international and domestic third-party chemical logistics road transport price management status, selected the pricing system of SIC as the object of research and study, this is a useful and innovative attempt; Second, referred to SIC, supplemented by a large number of the actual price and business data, this is to some extent effective way to get the right result.
