The Context Of The Aging Of The Rural Old-age Model

In view of the collection and analysis on literature information, the author constructed the material and spiritual paths of rural endowment mode for aging people, which is in the background of aging, basing on the research results of former scholars. This thesis was using the study methods of literature survey, observation and interviewing to analyze the problems. The objects of this study that the author selected were three administrative villages as interviews and observe samples in Chongqing area. They are Na Xigou Village in Ji Guanshi Town of Na'an District, Dadi Village in Shuitu Town of Beibei District and Taibai Village in Sanxi Town of Dianjiang County. The author interviewed twenty old people in depth on their basic endowment situation and recorded three ones'ordinary life. According to above literature and survey information, the author summed up following conclusions:Firstly, aging is impacting on the society, economy and family deeply in rural area. Compared with a decade ago, the rural endowment had a conspicuous change of pension, material and spiritual supporting on the basis of the aging effect. This change are embodying on three aspects:first, the government's financial subsidies gradually become the main source of annuities of rural old people. What's more, diversifications of the old product become a new way of rural elderly gaining endowment on material support. Finally, rich old activities improve the life subjective well-being of rural elderly people.Secondly, current rural endowment mode in China is existing three potential problems. In the long run, these problems may affect the sustainable development of the rural pension system. They are the pension financial "empty account", local economic development is unbalanced and low social participation.According to the research results, in order to discuss the sustainable and comprehensive scientific modern rural endowment mode in theory, the author puts forward the "parallel" rural endowment mode on "double supporting". That is, on the one hand, on material guarantee respect, advocating from the clan and family, government and collective, social and community, old age group four aspects, the author proposes that the four aspects should share endowment responsibility rationally in order to build a system of ensuring rural endowment nets for the long run; on the other hand, from the spiritual support ways, the author thinks that to construct this mode, it should be the aim to respect and filial old. By the leading of government and collective, supporting of clan and the family, organizing of social and community and participating of old people groups, we should try our best to raise the subjective well-being of rural old people by organizing rich and colorful old activities to build this mode.
