Based on the actual situation of enterprises on the basis of investigation, found in the recruitment of enterprises, the existing problems through the link to the modern enterprise, puts forward the theoretical study for recruitment methods appropriate application to solve practical problems of enterprises, and analyses how to HY related contents of enterprise application to recruitment activities.This paper adopts literature research and analysis method of combining the case of small and medium enterprises to recruitment methods of discussion and research. This paper discusses small and medium-sized private enterprises in establishing an effective mechanism of choose and employ persons should implement process of concrete method and concerns, human resource management, from the aspect of theory analysis of current small and medium-sized enterprises from private enterprise strategy, how should guarantee of system, the enterprise culture and the actual work right to establish and implement effective candidates, employing mechanism.
