With the development of economy and the progress of the society, especially the advent of the era of knowledge economy, for any industries and enterprises, the competition between the enterprises cannot leave the human competition. Talent is the most precious resources of enterprise, and the existence of the modern enterprise of personnel is always constantly changing. Therefore, it’s an important issue of any enterprise managers are considering, and it’s also an important strategic task of each company which is how to attract talent most effectively and carry on the effective development of talent, retain valuable talent to the company, let employees and enterprises together achieve the goal of self-development. If the enterprise wants to get valuable human resources, the main method is the recruitment selection. Especially business marketers are the key human resources who convey directly to the user or promote the value of enterprise products and services, and realize enterprise and its stakeholders benefit, but they are the group of the highest turnover, so it is always the most important problem, how to access to the source of human resources from the enterprise (e.g., recruitment selection) to build effective management system.The purpose of this study is to put forward improvement suggestions of the company S recruiting management system. Firstly the paper has briefly expounded the research background, the research significance, and the research status at home and abroad; Secondly from the recruiting management concept of marketing personnel, it has explored more deeply the concept and theoretical basis of recruiting management and the effective concept of the recruiting management system; Finally in S company as the research object, the paper has introduced the company industry and analyzed the human resources situation, the recruitment process and present situation of recruiting management, found problems in the marketing personnel recruiting management, and put forward suggestions about the problems of the recruiting management system of S company.
