The Overseas Interests Of Chinese Enterprises To Expand The Political Economy Of Research

The rapid extension of enterprises'overseas interests is a remarkable feature of China's economic growth,which is also significant to both Chinese enterprises and China's macroeconomic. Chinese enterprises have made great efforts and progresses during the extension of their own abroad interests. In the meanwhile,they face such a series of problems as the strategic fault,force-out from local authorities of foreign countries,and maladjustment to the local circumstance because of their lack of experience and the grasp of international rules. So,the study on the extension of Chinese enterprises'interests abroad is helpful for their further understanding of overseas operating activities and definitude of obstacles in development. Then try to find a rational, scientific, smooth way to the development of overseas interests.The paper will analyze the question from the following areas:In the first chapter,I will define the meaning and extension of enterprises'abroad interests and retrospect the overall situation in chronological order;In the second chapter,I will analyze the driving force of China's enterprises'extension of abroad interest from the perspective of Western Economics,International Politics and International Political Economy;In the third chapter,I will probe into the cause of unsuccessfulness from the perspective of the obstacles faced by enterprise and its own drawbacks during the process of internationalization. In the fourth chapter,I will focus on the dynamical interaction of the power and wealth caused by multinational companies'extension of abroad interests from the perspective of host country,home country and themselves;In the fifth chapter , as a summary , I will try to seek for corresponding measures on how to protect and deepen enterprises'abroad interests from the standpoint of governments and enterprises.
