Study On The Driving Force Of Rural Homestead Exit

With the acceleration of industrialization and the construction of new urbanization,a large number of rural floating population began to move to cities,resulting in the increasing demand for urban construction land.Although the urban construction land is continuously expanding from the overall data,the actual construction land scale that can be put into use is actually declining.The problem of idle homestead is still outstanding,and it is difficult to realize the value of the property right of public welfare homestead.Therefore,how to decipher many outstanding problems existing in current rural land use,improve the rural construction land utilization,public welfare land in rural area and the realization of farmers' land property rights,has become a new type of urbanization process and the construction of new socialist countryside policy research important topic and task.In the research process,this paper first briefly discusses the inevitability of the current rural homestead construction and withdrawal.By analyzing the status quo of the construction and utilization of representative rural homestead in Jimo district,the problems existing in the construction and utilization of homestead are sorted out,and it is very important to guide farmers to withdraw from homestead in an orderly way.Cieme in Qingdao area,for example,to construct the rural homestead out the driving force analysis of structure,driving forces for the exit of house-site in the countryside,from two aspects of constitution and driving force analysis,explore in promoting the rural saving,intensive utilization of land resources in the process of promoting rural reform process,improve the system of land use management and accelerate the integration of urban and rural development policy background,focusing on why to exit the homestead,the farmer is driving out of the inner and outer housing land is what and how to promote the peasant household family homestead back and a series of problems,The driving force of homestead withdrawal is deeply studied,which provides theoretical reference and reference for the construction of the current rural homestead withdrawal mechanism.Through the establishment of data analysis samples of exit behavior intention survey of 366 homestead households,empirical data analysis of the behavior intention survey of sample households was conducted based on the analysis framework of planned behavior theory and through data analysis and regression model.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation and driving force of rural homestead utilization,this study puts forward four countermeasures and Suggestions for the withdrawal of rural homestead,hoping to give play to the role of policy guidance and incentive through the implementation of effective measures,so that the withdrawal of rural homestead can be carried out steadily and orderly.
