Study On Urban Shrinkage Characteristics And Driving Force In Yichun

With the advent of the 21 st century,due to de-industrialization,population ageing and the transition of socio-economic,many countries and regions population has changed from a long period of growth to a recession,most of the world resource-based cities have been in serious degree of shrinkage.At present,the density of population and the urbanization pattern of dramatic structural changes,under the appearance of the overall rapid expansion in the world,some cities have appeared different degree of shrinkage problem.Therefore,quantitative analysis on different types and characteristics of shrinking cities has become the urgent request of urbanization.Population and density on a downward interval of the cities in China,the largest proportion is resource-based cities,the number and area should not be underestimated.This article selects the resource-based cities are the most densely populated northeast area as the research object,take the typical resource-based city Yichun as the research object,the fully considering the characteristics and law of resource-based cities in northeast China,analysis the development status of Yichun on the basis of the population-economic-land dimensions,to explore the shrinkage of shrinking cities,through the comparison of population thermodynamic diagram of Yichun at different times,to identify dynamic area in the city,and summarizes the types and features of Yichun's shrinkage.In this paper,according to the characteristics of resource-based cities in northeast China,analyze from resource economy,population structure,planning policy of yichun city,to find the influencing factors of shrinkage driving force,and contract the Yichun central city master plan and POI data,to explores the relationship between the layout of the urban public facilities and the urban population,discusses the influence of the layout of the overall urban planning to the shrinkage.Establishes an index system of shrinkage driving factors in Yichun,through PLS regression analysis,evaluate the influencing factors of shrinkage driving force in yichun.The contradictions and problems of Yichun,has a typical representative of resource-based cities in China.This paper obtaines the enlightenment to the shrinking cities in China,and look forward to providing reference for the resources cities in northeast China or shrinking cities,that similar to Yichun.
