The Republic Of China Government, Research, Construction Of Water Conservancy In The Loess Plateau Region

Since ancient times, China is a large agricultural country with agriculture-based thinking. The whole country and nation take water conservancy development seriously, especially in "800 li qin chuan" Shaanxi central plains, the development level and prosperity degree of water conservancy project are very high. but there is a huge different scene in north Shaanxi loess plateau area, because harsh natural environment, ignored of water conservancy development and water conservancy technological drop behinded, there is no large scale water engineering appeared in loess plateau area of Shaanxi, besides a few small channels opened. After entering the Republic of China, the water conservancy construction developed into a state of relative prosperity and development in north Shaanxi loess plateau area. not only appeared a large number of small channels, but there is also emerged several large-scale water conservancy projects, such as the Vega channel, the Yuhui channel, the Yunhui channel, the Dinghui channel, the Suihui channel and so on.this article is based on historical and geographical environment in Loess Plateau region recovery, and National government and the public on the importance of water conservancy construction, explore the development of water conservancy in this district (the construction of small water, the construction of large irrigation channel and the development of well irrigation), meanwhile, discussed the technical characteristics of irrigation which under natural geographical conditions in the Loess Plateau region, the sources of funding and management of state about the water projects. Through built a large number of water conservancy facilities, the living environment of agriculture have improved in the Republic of China. but we should also see the special political environment hindered the water conservancy development.This paper mainly consist of through the following three aspects discussed.The first part:Formed by the introduction and first chapter. introduction discusses the scope of this study and research methods by describes the reason, significance and status. the first chapter introduced both historical and geographical overview from the physical geography and human history of the Loess Plateau area respectively. By introduce the general situation of history and geography to explore the characteristics of water development in the area and laid the research foundation.The second part:This section is the major part of the article, Including the second chapter the third chapter the forth chapter and the fifth chapter. The second chapter introduce the background of the water conservancy development. during the period of the Republic of China, the vigorous development of water conservancy of Northern Shanxi is primarily for three reasons. First, the occurrence of drought in modern Shanxi; Second, the national government support the water conservancy; Third, the special geographical location of Northern Shanxi during the Anti-Japanese War. In addition, the conditions of water conservancy in counties are different. Some counties, such as Yulin, Shenmu, Suide, Yanchang, Lu County, Yijun, are water-rich and water conservancy conditions are relatively better than other counties. The third chapter describes water conservancy construction of the National Government in Northern Shanxi. The content mainly about the water status of the investigation, investigation, large and small irrigation works construction and irrigation development and use of water tankers straw works. The introduction of the water conservancy construction, from the side reflected the complex political situation in the construction of water conservancy. The fourth Chapter introduces the technical characteristics of land irrigation from the geographical situation of Northern Shanxi.
