In modern enterprises, profit maximization is the goal of the enterprise, and talent is the most valuable asset of enterprise. It is a major issue how to combine and associated closely the interests of enterprises with employee benefits. To improve enterprise management level and salary benefits of SHWH Company, used the relevant technical methods of salary management theory, designed and studied compensation management, to achieve the goals of employee satisfaction and improve business performance. The main work is as follows:(1) It introduced and analyzed the compensation management. Described and analyzed the content of theory, development and practice of the status quo, and further studied the basic theory of design compensation management system.(2) It analyzed the compensation management problems of SHWH Company. It introduced and analyzed the basic situation of the company, and described irrational structure of compensation management, the lack of flexibility and other aspects in SHWH Company.(3) It gave gives design of compensation management system in SHWH Company. Combined with the problems of SHWH Company, designed and researched mainly from senior management, marketing, production staff, general staff and other aspects described.(4) It gave the assessment of the implementation in compensation management of SHWH Company. To assess from the employee satisfaction and corporate performance two aspects. and build employee satisfaction evaluation system and determined based on gray theory evaluation index weights of each factor. And elaborated the existing problems after the implementation and its future direction, and to be a very good learning and reference for other related businesses.
