The essence of competition between modern enterprises is comprehensive strength of competition, and ultimately is the talent competition, talent resource is the first resource. But whether to establish an scientific and reasonable wage-encouraging mechanism, and give full play of the optimal incentive effect of salary, is the core factor to measure whether a company has a highly effective and stable staff, and whether can realize sustainable development. Therefore, if the private real estate development enterprises want to keep a foothold in the land market where has many central enterprises and become bigger and stronger, the first thing to do is to update the concept of talent, formulate and implement practical talent strategy, in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of enterprise.This paper wants to put forward some personal ideas and opinions through in-depth study of incentive payment during company strategy transformation period. The ideas and opinions are about how to improve human resources management effectiveness, establish modern enterprise characteristic of the human resource management system, attract and retain the employees who can help to realize the goal of enterprise, in order to arouse the enthusiasm of the employees, maintain the fair compensation among employees, coordinate with the personal development goal and enterprise objective, control salary management budget and create competitive environment for the growth of employees. Thus, I read large number relevant literatures to learn about the theory of enterprise salary incentive system, and conduct investigation for internal employee satisfaction in the form of questionnaire. Then, I diagnose the compensation system of Wuling city group according to the analysis result of the questionnaire. Besides, I redesign the wage-encouraging system under the background of the recent industrial transformation of the group. I hope this paper can supply some useful information on the reform of wage-encouraging system for Wuling city group and relevant similar enterprises.
