At present, the explosion of information era, the world become flat. Talent has become the most important factor in the enterprise sustainable development.Whether the enterprise can retain talent closely related with the salary designment,so the salary is very important.The enterprise should consider their own actual situation to seek the development.It need comprehensive the characteristics of industries and regions to design a operated and competitive salary system.XH Group which set of real estate, construction, financial and pension service operation is the integration of private enterprises. After20years of development, the business in an orderly way, but the phenomena of the salary designment not to abuse the development of enterprises began to appear. The author systematically summarize the current salary system of enterprise and study the existing problems deeply whose purpose is to propose the suggestions for improvements. According to Heidegger’s post evaluation theory to set the overall salary designment and improvement plans.This thesis attempts to put the salary designment of XH group as the breakthrough point and analysis the existing problems of enterprise salary system through the questionnaire. In a fair, competitive and operability principles to improve the salary system.Through application of Heidegger’s evaluation method to assess the position and sort according to the importance of posit-ion salary.In order to fully reflect the position value and personal value,achieve the fair of external and internal salary equity,stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff,provide decision support for the position salary in the same region, the same type and industry enterprises in the upstream level.The ultimate goal is to provide thinking and reference for the salary management of small and medium enterprises in Erdos area.
