ZL Research On Corporate Financing And Leasing Business Risk Management

Since the birth of financial lease, it has the unique advantages of financing,financial matter and sales functions, so that it can develop very rapidly in the whole world. In our country, financial lease has become the effective ways and means for companies to broaden the financing channels, update technology and equipment, and carry out product promotions. Recently, financial lease is used more universally and effectively in China's Construction Machinery Industry, and it plays an underestimated role in promoting innovation and enhancing market competitiveness of construction machinery enterprises'sales.ZL company is a large-scaled construction machinery and heavy equipment manufacturing enterprise, the high-speed increase of finance lease has strongly promoted the rise in total sales and marketing strategy implementation. At the same time, because of finance lease transaction's complexity and diversity, ZL company has met certain risks during finance lease processes. Therefore, how to in the premise of giving full play to the business advantages, how to identify, prevent and control those risks of finance leases, how to manage the risks effectively, and how to protect the healthy development of enterprises, ZL company has paid an increasing attention and concern on it.This paper has analyzed, explored and studied ZL company's finance lease business risk management, and this research is divided into 4 parts. The first part is introduction, it briefly describes the research background, objectives, methods, and domestic and international trends and current status. The second part is based on the theoretical part, it gives an overview on the theory of finance lease risks, and pave the way for later research and analysis. The third part is the main part, it outlines the financial lease development of ZL company, analyzes the status and main issues of financial lease risk management, and focus on the research and design of risk management programs. The last part is the conclusion, it implements a more comprehensive discussion on the risk management of financial lease program security measures, and summarizes the innovation and the inadequacies of this paper.This paper is standing on leaser's point of view to analyze ZL company's finance leasing risk management system. The author hopes that it can provide a useful reference for the ZL company risk management through this research.
