With the rapid development of technique, an unprecedented revolution has being happened in human resource management, in order to improve human resource management, enterprise introduce electronic human resource(eHR) which contains advanced management thought and management technology.On the basic of defined eHR, the article systematically analyzed eHR and the traditional human resource management. Pointed out that the difference between them was eHR enhanced the efficiency of human resource management and saved cost. eHR liberated the human resource management department, the HR personnel can put more energy in the strategic human resource plan and management; At the same time, eHR changed the traditional human resource management method, such as e-recruiting changed the traditional employment method, e-learning changed the traditional training method, the electronic communication changed the traditional communication method, the electronic performance evaluation changed the traditional evaluation method. The article analyzed the mechanism that eHR can improve the traditional human resource from two sides. One is human resource management process, the other is the processing way of the human resource information. Firstly, eHR improved human resource management process, such as the total process of the human resource management, the employment process, the performance evaluation process as well as the employee service process and so on. Secondly, eHR improved the processing way of the human resource information, which became more quickly and more safe. According to the present situation of our country's eHR construction, the article proposed the way of the traditional human resource management to eHR. It concluded:renew idea, enhance the understanding of eHR, improve the system of the enterprise human resource management, build enterprise information platform, strengthen training and learning as well as pay great attention on data security construction.
