With the development of the Organizational behavior research, as one branch of which the organizational politics has become a new topic and occurred in the sight of the researchers, and it received much attention by the people. Compared with the researchers in the abroad, the research about organizational politics is still on the primary stage, but this doesn't impede the importance of this subject in China. Hence, on the base of the achievements by the scholars in the abroad, the scholars in our country begin to do some empirical research on organizational politics.No matter whether the organization is formal or informal, as a systematic institution, organization is made up of many people with the common goal and pursuit, they are divided with the work and task in the organization, and then achieve the assignments, and help the organization get the profit at last. At the same time, the organization has to distribute the profit to those people who has devoted their force to doing the work. But the resource of the organization is limited, which made the members of organization may get more profit by their own means, and others in the organization facing these behavior will have their unique views in terms of their own world value, and then they will form their own feeling as well as their thinking, which will influence the job satisfaction. Unstill now, the research in our country has focused on the introduction of the conceptions of the Perception of Organization Politics Scales (POPS), the empirical research is few. Our country has the high organizational characteristic, so do the research about the relationship between the Perception of Organization Politics and job satisfaction of the staff is very significant. Furthermore, staff's personality and their belief on their organization influence the relationship between POP and JS. Hence, this article will do some research about this topic in which Positive Affect and Collective Efficacy are used as the moderators.This research selects the MBA students in Fudan University as the sample, and uses the questionnaire which is made up of sales used many times in the academic circles to investigate the data among them. When the data has been collected, we use the SPSS to analyze them, and do some correlation and regression analyses. At last, the research results show that POP is negative related with Job Satisfaction; the higher the Positive Affect of the staff, the negative function between POP and JS is weak; and the same in considering the collective efficacy as well as two moderate variables are being considered. Hence, this article is very significant in enriching the theory of the relationship between POP and JS, and it's also very significant in promoting the development of the organization.
