Food safety directly related to people's health, the economic development and social stability and harmonious development of the whole society. The food safety accidents emerge in endlessly, forcing people to start attention to food safety problems. On February 28 2009, Law of Food Safety of the People's Republic of China was approved by the 11th standing committee of the National People's Congress. This means that our authority has high attention and began to solve in the food safety field of serious problems exist. Overall, the exciting, not only the old method of serious corrective, still added some new contents.This article in view of the current more and more severe food safety problems, from theory of social responsibility of the enterprise for security of food safety, and through the analysis of the current problems existing in the field of food safety, food safety problems in China. For reasons of the existing legislation, by combining corporate social responsibility theory analysis of China's food safety, the reconstruction of legal system, the relevant provisions on corporate social responsibility, the problem statement too abstract enrich and perfect the legal system of food safety.The first part through introducing the theory of corporate social responsibility, and find the theory of accurate message. Clear of corporate social responsibility connotation and basic concept.The second part based on corporate social responsibility theory, through introducing the case for our food safety conditions, and make an objective analysis of China food safety problems, and analyzed the reason of the problem appears. Points out that China's food safety problems appear ten aspects, one of which is the main reason lies in the serious lack of food enterprise social responsibility of the enterprise. Based on the food safety legislation in China, CSR concept that is from the legislation in our country. But the law embodies the social responsibility of the enterprise idea is still unsatisfactory, degree of judicial practice, need to related system construction. The third part is based on introduction and analysis of the part, through to the legislation of abroad, and puts forward some ideas of building. First, strengthen the food production and trading enterprise of food safety responsibility. Secondly, to establish and perfect the mechanism of the long-term management of food safety. The third, to strengthen the construction of legal system of food safety aspects. Finally, based on the necessity of the organization establishment self-discipline, it is proposed to construct China food industry self-regulatory organization of some ideas.
