The Study On The Integration Of Coal Collection And Distribution System Based On Strategic Alliance

The collection and distribution system of coal port is the research objective of this paper, after analyze the coal collection and distribution system by the concept of strategic alliance, establish strategic partnership between upstream and downstream enterprises in the coal logistics, then form the integration of coal collection and distribution system. For the characteristics of this subject, this paper uses system analysis method, a combination of research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Firstly, it elaborates the concept of the coal collection and distribution system, and analyzes the role of the coal collection and distribution system in the development of the port coal logistics. It proposes the strategic alliance mechanism of coal collection and distribution system after comparatively analyzes the current researches of the coal collection and distribution system and the application of strategic alliance in port.Secondly, it analyzes the status of the coal collection and distribution system from the basic conditions; analyzes the strategic alliance mechanism of the coal collection and distribution system from the elements and structure of the coal logistics collection and distribution system; shows the content of the driving forces for the application of strategic alliance in the coal collection and distribution system from the analyze of the driving forces of coal collection and distribution.Thirdly, introduces the overall design of the integration of coal collection and distribution system based on strategic alliance from basic principles, processes, operation mode, and the selection of strategic partners, proposes a mode of operation of the integration of coal collection and distribution system based on strategic alliance; the choice of strategic partners is a focus research in this paper, it proposes a evaluation index system and methods for the selection of strategic partners.Finally, it analyzes the status of Qinhuangdao Port, discusses the choice of strategic alliance partners, and analyzes the selection of coal supply partners for Qinhuangdao Port by the model proposed in chapter four; successfully use the theory in the management of coal logistics in coal collection and distribution system in Qinhuangdao Port.
