On The Establishment Of Public Affairs Budget

Affairs units play an important role in the national economy. Affairs units are social organization with Chinese characteristics. Affairs units with wide distribution hold a wealth of human resources and provide public services. After the reforms, reform of affairs units is also a gradual manner.
