In Poor Areas Of Yunnan Province, The Issue Of Labor Export

Solving the problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry can increase the income of peasants, make the steps of socialist new countryside faster, and it make the aim of well-off society and building the harmonious society come true.Eepecially the Problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry of poor area in Yun Nan province are very apparent, they are the bad natural condition of agriculture, lacking of pillar industry and the low making full use of labor forces it is very important for us to solve the Problems about Agriculture,Rural areas and Peasantry and do well with transferring the surplus labor force of rural area. To look back the steps of modernization of developed country, we can get the conclusion that they are all with the steps of transferring the surplus labor force of rural area.My essay begins with the economic development of poor area in Yun Nan province and using Qualitative Research Method to analyze the reason that leads to the shift of the surplus labor force in rural area. There are three main reasons; they are income distance impetus on the change of transient population, accumulating impetus of population urbanization on transient population in rural area, promoting impetus of None-Agricultural industry on transient population in rural area. According to the practical surveys, we use the empirical analysis to analyze the general features of labor force transferring in Yun Nan rural area. The general features include the area of export of labor services, industrial distribution, family, personal feature and the method of transferring in Yun Nan rural area. These features provide important evidences for deep understanding of present status of export of labor services.My essay consists of nine parts. The first chapter is introduction. It briefly summarizes the backgrounds of selected subjects, the meaning of research, the development of China and foreign countries and the tendency, and the research and the technique method of this project. At the same time I put forward the probable issues and the first solving method in research, and the ideal aim and the specific thoughts of academic dissertation. The second chapter overviews the present situation of export of labor services in Yun Nan rural area, which provides the theoretical basis of research on labor force transferring in Yun Nan rural area. The third chapter briefly introduces reason's analysis of export of labor force in Yun Nan rural area. The forth chapter mainly discusses the features and problems of in Yun Nan rural area. This chapter I research the present situation of export of labor force in Er Yuan county of Yun Nan province. By introducing the method of export of labor force of Er Yuan county, we can understand the method of export of labor force of Yun Nan province. This chapter also deeply analyzes the present problem, which provides important references of solving the problem of export of labor services. The fifth chapter analyzes the effects of export of labor force of Yun Nan province, which gets the significant conclusion of influences on import and export area from positive and negative aspect respectively. In this way I made my essay more perfect. The sixth chapter discusses the necessary policy and measures to improve the healthy development of export of labor force in rural area. It elaborates how to deeply improve the quality of export of labor force in rural area by strengthening the responsibility of government, completing the services system of export of labor force and enhancing the training program of export of labor force respectively. The seventh chapter make a brief conclusion and complements.The innovation of my essay reflects on two points, The first point is that I use the relative theory of labor economics, demography, sociology and statistics to analyze and study the export of labor force in rural area of Yun Nan province systematically, which provides the reasonable advices for the export of labor force in rural area of Yun province and provides models for the export of labor force in rural area of southwest province. The second point, I deeply and objectively analyze the positive influence and negative influence of export of labor force in rural area of Yun Nan province by autoptical method, questionnaire and collecting data, which provides meaningful conference for export of labor force in rural area.
