The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Capability,Entrepreneurial Resource Acquisition And Entrepreneurial Performance

On the micro level,entrepreneurial activity can provide jobs for a large number of people as well as stabilize social order by solving unemployment problems.At the same time,it can bring up a group of excellent entrepreneurs.From a macro perspective,entrepreneurial activities can enhance the comprehensive national strength by promoting technological innovation,generating regional and national economic development.Therefore,both developed and developing countries should attach great importance to entrepreneurial activities.On the ground that entrepreneurial activity plays a great role,an increasingly number of academic scholars began to focus on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship management,which has gave birth to a lot of entrepreneurial theory.The ultimate goal of researching entrepreneurial activity is entrepreneurial performance,which is also the common concern to scholars.So,we can't help but begin to ask:What is the concept of entrepreneurial performance?What is the measure of entrepreneurial performance?What means should be used to improve entrepreneurial performance?At present,the scholars have different opinions on these issues.However,most scholars have admitted that entrepreneurial capacity,which is only an internal ability,is a prerequisite for achieving entrepreneurial performance.If there is a lack of entrepreneurial resources,entrepreneurial ability will be useless.Therefore,we also need to focus on the outside,looking for entrepreneurial resources,and make integration and configuration through entrepreneurial capacity and ultimately achieve the desired entrepreneurial performance.Based on the above thinking,the paper firstly describes the three variable-entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial resource acquisition and entrepreneurial performance.Secondly,the theoretical model is constructed and the hypothesis is put forward.Then,using statistical software and analysis method obtained statistical analysis results.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:Based on the perspectives of domestic and foreign scholars,the entrepreneurial ability can be divided into opportunity-related ability and management-related ability.Through empirical research,the research have found that both opportunity-related ability and management-related capabilities have positive impact on entrepreneurial performance,that is,the more entrepreneurial ability people get,the more able they can be to promote entrepreneurial performance.Based on the opinion of Ge baoshan and Dong baobao(2009),the acquisition of entrepreneurial resources is divided to the access of entrepreneurial resources acquisition,the ways of entrepreneurial resources acquisition and the quantity of entrepreneurial resources acquisition.Through empirical research,we found that,except for the access of entrepreneurial resources acquisition,the opportunity-related capabilities are positively related to the way and the quantity of resource acquisition;management-related ability positively affects the three dimensions of entrepreneurial resources access.At the same time,the access of entrepreneurial resources plays a part of the mediating role between opportunity-related ability and entrepreneurial performance.Entrepreneurial resource acquisition plays a mediating role between management-related ability and entrepreneurial performance.
