Since 2015,the pace of China's economic development has slowed,and its economic structure has been continuously optimized.The promotion of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" can stimulate the creative vitality of China's whole society and a new engine for the future of China's economy.According to the China study abroad development report(2017),more than 80% overseas students choose to go back to school after their studies.Many of them choose the way of entrepreneurship.Returnee venture has promoted the development of high-tech industry in China.Returnees learned advanced technology abroad,applied good management experience to start-ups,innovated business models,and promoted international management of enterprises.In the practice of entrepreneurship,the level of entrepreneurial performance will directly affect the success or failure of the enterprise and the future development.Resource shortage is a common problem faced by entrepreneurial enterprises.However,for returnees,many enterprises are faced with similar resource conditions,but their performance is different.This paper will be based on the traditional resource theory,combining the theory of dynamic capabilities,explore the impact between entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performance,while the introduction of absorption ability as an intermediary variable,promoting the in-depth exploration of the relationship between the entrepreneurial performance and entrepreneurial resources between to a certain extent.This research mainly involves the resource based theory,dynamic capability theory,to sort out the relevant literature,the pioneering entrepreneurial resources,absorptive capacity and entrepreneurial performance,while taking absorptive capacity as the intermediary variable,analyzes the relationship between enterprise resource and performance.We put forward the research hypothesis based on the conceptual model,and through the data collection,in 2016 in Jiangsu province science and technology entrepreneurship competition of enterprises as the research object,using statistical analysis software SPSS22.0 to analyze the data,finally further verify assumptions using the method of case study.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)All the three dimensions of entrepreneurial resources have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance;(2)The potential absorptive capacity has a promoting effect on entrepreneurial performance;Actual absorptive capacity has a promoting effect on entrepreneurial performance;(3)Human resources can promote the potential absorptive capacity;Management resources can promote the potential absorptive capacity;Financial resources can promote the actual absorption capacity;The talent resources can promote the actual absorptive capacity.(4)The potential absorption capacity is verified by the mediating role of financial resources and entrepreneurial performance;The mediating effect of potential absorptive capacity on talent resources and entrepreneurial performance is verified;The mediating effect of actual absorptive capacity on capital resources and entrepreneurial performance is verified.(5)There is no difference between the enterprises in Jiangsu Province,and there are some differences between the talent resources and the actual absorptive capacity among different industries.Finally,based on the empirical results and case studies,the paper draws the following suggestions:(1)Opening diversified financing channels;(2)Making rational use of talent resources;(3)Combining external introduction and internal training to improve absorptive capacity.
