Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Resources, Resources Integration Manner And Entrepreneurial Performance

With the development of economy and innovation of technology, especially the rapid development of internet information technology, more and more entrepreneurs become devote themselves to all kinds of entrepreneurial activities, including establishing internet enterprises. Entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial activities need a lot of resources to support the establishment and development. Therefore entrepreneurial management, as an emerging research field, is becoming a focus that scholars at home and abroad pay much attention to. The impact of entrepreneurial resources on entrepreneurial performances is one of the most important aspects of researches on entrepreneurial resources. According to the analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performances of Chinese entrepreneurial enterprises, this paper aims to provide suggestions for entrepreneurial management and promote the development of management theories for entrepreneurial enterprises.Resources shortage is a common problem that entrepreneurial enterprises may encounter. Faced with limited resources, entrepreneurial enterprises choose a suitable way to integrate entrepreneurial resources could build new resources mix and improve entrepreneurial performances. Entrepreneurial resources have obvious impacts on entrepreneurial performances, but previous researches didn’t well reveal the function mechanism between them. Based on the traditional resources theories, this paper tries to explore how entrepreneurial resources affect entrepreneurial performances by introducing resources integration manner as the moderator variable, and how resources integration manner function the extent of impacts of entrepreneurial resources on entrepreneurial performances.The structure of this paper is as follows. First of all, the paper introduces the research background, research significance and research method and demonstrates the framework of the whole paper. Secondly, based on the previous researches on entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial performance and resources integration manner, the paper studies the relationship between entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performance, analyzes the function of resources integration manner on the extent of impacts of entrepreneurial resources on entrepreneurial performances and works out the research model and theoretical assumption. At last, by adopting SPSS 19.0 to analyze the statistics, this paper verifies both the relationships between each dimension of entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performance, and the research model and theoretical assumption.The conclusions drawn by this paper listed as follows. On the one hand, entrepreneurial resources could promote the performance management of enterprises. On the other hand, different resources integration manners have different extents of impacts of entrepreneurial resources on entrepreneurial performances. Among the six dimensions of entrepreneurial resources, talents resources, financial resources and science and technology resources have significant impacts on entrepreneurial performance. Stable resources integration can negatively moderate the positive relationship between entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performances, while pioneering resources integration can positively moderate the positive relationship between entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performances. Combined with the moderating effect, this paper analyzes the relationship between each dimension of entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performances, and provides suggestions for entrepreneurial enterprises to improve entrepreneurial resources, choose suitable resources integration manner and promote entrepreneurial performances.According to the status quo of entrepreneurial enterprises in internet industry, this paper chooses small and medium enterprises in business incubator in Shenzhen to be the research objects. This paper divides entrepreneurial resources into six dimensions include finance, talents, information, management, technology and policy. Entrepreneurial performances mentioned in this paper mainly are non-financial performance. By introducing resources integration manner as the moderator variable, this paper explores the relationship between entrepreneurial resources and entrepreneurial performances. The conclusions drawn by this paper, not only complete the current theories in entrepreneurial field to some extent, but also provide practical guidance for entrepreneurial activities from different perspective. In the further, deeper research will be done on the basis of development of entrepreneurial activities, domestic researches and foreign researches.
