How to prevent it from intensifying is a very important social task. Promoting the mixed settlement patterns appropriate differentiation of China's actual conditions need for the co-ordination of economic, political, cultural, legal, etc. Sectors' joint as well as the active participation of broad masses of people. Presently, China's housing market is taking shape and development process. The diverse patterns of living has not yet fully formed and a variety of defects not yet fully revealed.
