The industry of real estate has become the chief industry of our economy after 20 years'rapid growth. Since 2003, the housing price has continuously gone up due to the unbalance of demand and supply in the real estate market. Consequently, people tend to pursuit high-price housing. Although our government has taken measures to control the market, especially to restrain the sharp rise of the real estate, the problems still exist severely in this field. It comes as following: 1. the price goes up too quick for people to keep up with. 2. The market structure is not reasonable. The supply of medium and low price along with medium and small size commodity housing falls short of demand. 3. The contradiction between demand and supply is put forward. The ready-built housings are kept unsold. 4. The investment in the real estate increases quickly in some parts of China.It can be seen that in the near future, the enterprises specialized in the real estate will face harder controlling measures. More funds drown into the market will definitely speed up the competition inside. It is inevitable to face conformity. Thus there must be some enterprises eliminated. As a result, it is the way for the real estate enterprises to choose correct strategies and to perform the strategic management.On consulting rich documents and employing various methods of analysis, this article focuses on the study of development strategies in Tianjin TDFZ Company. The article demonstrates the main competitive advantages of TDFZ Company. And on this, the company takes the diversified and steady strategies to strengthen its advantages. The internal and external environment is also analyzed in the article as well as the future development.
