Real estate development has always been one of the core industries as China’s economic development, and gets a lot of attentions.But it is affected by various factors,such as international and domestic political, economic and social development.The real estate industry has continued to fluctuate in the development of double leverage to intervene in the market and policies.HY company from the early embryonic development to be a more influential company in the area of real estate market, it experienced a decade of arduous journey.The author tries to base on the development of the domestic real estate industry background,and focus on the company’s own development of the gains and losses,through the internal organization construction, the enterprise vision set up, team innovation and strain capacity,to find a suitable developed way for the survival of micro small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time on the large space of development in the industry to establish a living space for the development of small and medium-sized real estate industries.This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical, moreover use the theories and methods of enterprise strategy management,such as PEST analysis, SWOT analysis and organization growth model, etc..In this paper the author Analyzes the problems in the development of HY company, respectively,as well as discuss and propose solutions about the common problems faced in development of medium and small businesses.At the same time,the author construct strategic development ideas and adjustment measures in the HY company’s future development.Under the market economy environment,enterprise development is always “Sail against the current current.”As the growth of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,in the face of the central enterprises and large enterprises space squeeze, the spatial fault of national policy change,and the space crack financing channel limited its development bottleneck,how to calm analysis and reasonable response,advance planning and effective implementation,is all in the upside but faced space squeeze the Real enterprises must face and solve the core problems.
