Study On The Evaluation Of The Growth Of Smes In Qinhuangdao Development Zone

The economic development of a country or region's not only depends on strong world-class large enterprises, but also successful small and medium enterprises(SMEs). The development of SMEs plays an important role in the national economy.The role in regional economic development has become increasingly prominent. However, it is due to various reasons that so many obstacles are encountered in the growth of SMEs. Enterprises growth has also become a hot research for many scholars. This paper makes the Qinhuangdao Development Zone as the research object, selects the appropriate sample, uses the mathematical statistics and evaluates the growth of SMEs. This paper is not only going to promote the development of enterprises Qinhuangdao Development Zone, but provide a research method for other areas.Firstly, the paper describes the research situation at home and abroad from two aspects, and defines related concepts according to its own understanding.At the same time it describes the relevant theory and makes the theoretical foundation for the following evaluation.Secondly, the current development situation of SMEs of Qinhuangdao Development Zone are described, and the characteristics of its management are summarized. And then,the paper put forward some problems in the process of business development, and the internal and external factors affecting the development proposed in theory.Further more, under the guidance of the relevant research results, combining with the actual development of local SMEs, referencing to certain principles,this paper builds evaluation system from financial indicators and non-financial indicators.Meanwhile it establishes evaluation model, and analyzes feasibility of the model in the application process.Finally, uses factor analysis method combining with evaluation of data and growth model,this paper analysises the growth of SMEs in Qinhuangdao Development Zone.And obtains four affect factors of growth: profitability factor, scale factor, resource utilization factor and technology innovation factor.In order to make the resulte more scientific, it dose validity check. At last,the paper proposes corresponding suggestions based on the evaluation of a single factor and comprehensive evaluation analysis.
