The Reseach Of Industrial Structure's Adjustment And Beijing's Sme's Development

With the proposed of changing economic growth pattern, adjusting the industrial structure have been a breakthrough for our country to expand domestic demand and ensure the growth. As an important component of the national economy, SMEs have become a powerful force in promoting the process of new industrialization. The realization of industrial structure's adjustment will depend on enterprise finally. Therefore, this paper will combine the industrial structure's adjustment and the development of SMEs, and then build an interactive mechanism about Beijing's industrial restructuring and SME development. This will be helpful to propose countermeasures for SMEs'development and industrial structure's adjustment.Based on industry economics theory,this paper introduced the theory of industry evolution, industry relevance and industrial structure optimization. And then describe the status of Beijing's SMEs'industrial distribution, and discuss the interaction mechanism between the SMEs'development and the industrial structure. On the view of the industry distribution, Beijing's SMEs'industrial structure and spatial layout has been continuously optimized, and their core competitiveness has been greatly enhanced. But because of the inherent shortcomings of SMEs, Beijing's resources and environment constraints and institutional unreasonable, the catalytic role of upgrading the industrial structure has not yet been brought to play. So, this paper uses some methods, such as theoretical analysis method, comparative analysis method and empirical analysis method, to analysis Beijing's industrial restructuring and SME's development and reveal the nature of industrial development. Then build an interactive mechanism between the industrial restructuring and SMEs'development. Finally this paper proposes some countermeasures, which can be scientific recommendations and reference for Beijing's industrial restructuring and SME development and the harmonious development.
