Research On City Distribution System Based On Industrial Structure In Beijing

Urban distribution as one of the nine projects in the logistics industry restructuring and revitalization plan becomes a hot topic in recent years. It is not only a simple logistics operation, but also should be seen as a system, which includes a wide range of content, and be impacted by the urban economy, industrial structure, social environment and other implications. Meanwhile, along with the development of economic, the acceleration of urbanization process speeds up, and especially in Beijing which is a consumption-based international city the needs of the urban distribution becomes more and more, so to build and improve the urban distribution system is a way to promote the socio-economic development and improve the people's living standard.At present, the existing studies about urban distribution is small, and most of them focused on finding a better way to decide the location of distribution centers for the city, combination of optimization and scheduling of vehicles and so on. Based on the predecessors'study and researched status of Beijing's urban distribution, the paper selected a view from the industrial structure point, and define the definition of urban distribution and characteristics, the content and features, and classified the urban distribution system from functional point. It analyzed the Beijing's industrial structure, the stage of urban distribution system development, the basic situation and problems, and summarized some regulars. The paper summarized and analyzed the relevance of Beijing's urban distribution volume and industrial structure at different three stages by the correlation analysis, and used gray model GM (1,1) and qualitative analysis to predict the total amount of the needs of Beijing's urban distribution by using the samples of the classification goods which distributed by urban road freight. And building some models to explain how the change in the industrial structure of Beijing impacts the commodity structure of urban distribution. Finally, the paper gave some suggestions about how to construction and perfection Beijing's urban distribution system.
