With the development of china's economy, retailing horizontal M&A have been becoming more and more frequent, and the scale and influence have increased quickly day by day. All of these indicated that horizontal M&A have been become a core characteristic of china's retailing. However, as we can see, the successful retailing M&As are fewer and fewer, and the supply chain integration after retailing horizontal M&A is so bad that lots of severe management questions have brought out. Many retailing enterprises either neglect the importance of integration, or lack the ability to implement supply chain integration. With a purpose to help retailing enterprises which are in the puzzledom of horizontal M&A, this paper will mainly study the supply chain integration in retailing horizontal M&A.At first, this paper introduces the involved theory briefly. It studies the main objectives and basic rules of supply chain integration. As well as analyzing the contents and factors covered by the supply chain integration, it researches on the main modes of integration and the methods of mode selection.According to the three strategic goals of integration, this paper conceives a relative systematic theory framework about the two main questions in supply chain integration: linkage integration and supply chain process integration. In the aspect of linkage integration, this paper emphasizes the importance of cost synergy, market synergy, and operation synergy, and brings forward three different tactics to realize linkage integration. In process integration, this paper summarizes a five-steps method, and discusses the key success factors in process integration.Finally, this paper studies supply chain management after retailing horizontal M&A integration. It introduces a theory about the validity of retailing horizontal M&A supply chain integration appraise, and probes into the new supply chain mode's maintain and diffuse mechanism. It concludes, only the mode which passes validity appraise and bring retailing enterprise competitive advantages really can survive for long,and only these supply chain integrations are successful.
