The trust fund becomes a new way of providing the money and relating to the real estate world in this background, and this makes the trust financing in the real estate .Though the trust financing exists in china for a short time, it already plays an important role in the national economy for its vapid increase in the micro economics and deep effect in the financing system. Trust company not only provide a much more convenient and fast way for the investor, but also seek for most valuable project, which lower the risk of investing and strengthen the stability of the financing system.The real estate investment trust model is not stereotype and invariable, it change a lot with the requirement of financing and the policies of related government. The flexibility and adaptability of this trust is amazing in this process. From equity type to bond type, the Real estate investment trust model constantly changes a lot.Solution to the defects of monitor department can be found by the research, which also reveal the origin and and development process. In the author's opinion the creative financing type should not be denied, instead we should deduce it to effect positively on the real estate industry, even on the progress of the whole domestic economy.
