| Morden ship is a huge systematic engineering. With the development of the science and technology and the increase of industry production levels, ships are becoming more and more complex and the prices are much higher than before.The high prices of morden ships and multivariate sea condition determine the transit of ships are very difficult and high-risk offshore operations. Huge financial losses will be suffered inevitably or even catastrophic injury and death accidents may occur once ships occur the accidents.Therefore, it is proverbial that marine hull insurance is a poor risk for insurance enterprise.The huge risk of ships has become a principal problem in the insurance business of market development. How to control the risks reasonably, efficiently and maneuverabily has become one of the important problems that insurance workers should resolve.In connection with the current situation of risk management home and abroad and the status of application in industrial circle, I looked up a lot of documents and analyzed the reason of accident of M.V'DA SHUN". Considering the practical situation,this article has summarized the ship risks systematically and roundly using scientific theory of safety. According to the condition of safe sailing , requirement of navigability, key items of port state control(PSC) and cases of serious average, this article fixes on risk factors and establishes risk estimate system. This article has put forward mathematical model used in ship's risk estimate for the first time at home analyzed by analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE).The evaluation results are more scientific and all-around.Use of the mathematical model ship's risk estimate of the situation can be very visual to give a risk value of the ship. And according to the result of estimate, we can judge the ship's risks of situation expediently. And according to the result insurance enterprises can quickly and accurately make the relevant decisions of the insurance. |
