To build Shanghai international shipping center into a synthesis of transaction center, information center, logistical center, it needs shipping industrial cluster to promote. Shipping industrial cluster has unique effect in the progress of building Shanghai International Shipping Center, without it, the latter can't be built into logistical center for the Yangtze Delta, or even China.This paper mainly discusses the effects of the shipping industrial cluster to the Shanghai International Shipping Center step by step.Firstly, we overview the concept of the industrial clusters, emphasize its advantages is the source of the shipping industrial to promote the Shanghai International Shipping Center's building.Secondly, we point out the present situation of the shipping industrial cluster and Shanghai International Shipping Center, and define the relationship between them, namely, the shipping industrial cluster is the embodiment of the Shanghai International Shipping Center.Thirdly, in chapter five, aided by above analysis and the current situation of the competing in building international shipping center, we conclude the shipping industrial cluster is the only way in the Shanghai International Shipping building progress. The shipping industrial cluster can shape the Shanghai International Shipping Center into having no rival using the advantage of the developing economy of Yangtze Delta.Finally, we use the method of input-output and regression to analysis the effect of the shipping industrial cluster promoting Shanghai International Shipping Center to serve the development of the economy in Shanghai and Yangtze Delta, and the effects is massiness. |
