Response To The Strategy Of Export Of Electromechanical Products Trade Barriers

In the past four years of China's entry into WTO, the export of our national mechanical & electrical products sustained a growth at top speed. It makes a greater contribution to China's accession to world trading powers and the inspiring development of the national economy. But, with China's transformation from a small to a strong trade power on the production of international mechanical & electrical products, China's mechanical & electrical products are becoming the targets of and are puzzled by different trade conflicts, such as: antidumping,TBT(technical barriers to trade), intellectual property rights protection, and so on. Therefore, we must try to find out certain rules concerning the trade barrier lying ahead of the mechanical & electrical products according to World Trade Organization regulations, grasp the main trade barrier obstacles and its general trend of growth directed against mechanical & electrical products in today's international trade, and adopt vigorous measures to evade and to break through the trade barrier of different countries in exporting our national mechanical and electrical products.The thesis contains six parts.The first part is the introduction.
