Analysis And Strategy Studies On Green Trade Barrier Of Home Electrical Appliance Industry Of Our Country

Green trade barriers facing domestic home electrical appliance industry are proposed by analyzing the generating process, characteristics and behavior forms of green trade barrier and by stating in detail environment standards of the Occident main markets facing domestic home electrical appliance industry. The influences of green trade barrier on exports of home electrical appliance are emphasized in the analyses and assessments on the trade conditions of home electrical appliance, and the applicable reply strategies are given for home electrical appliance enterprises facing green trade barriers.In the recent years, green trade barriers had more and more influences on export trades of our country, especially on increasing exports for home electrical appliance. However, the studies on green trade barrier in our country mainly focus on a few industries such as textile industry, farm produce, fruit and vegetable and food, few studies were done on green trade barriers facing home electrical appliance industry, especially for studies on detailed strategy analysis aspects. In this paper, it is at the very time when little research work had been done in our country and green trade barriers are threatening the survival and development of domestic home electrical appliance industry. That an in-depth anatomy and study is done on green trade barrier in face of the domestic home electrical appliance industry, investigations and analyses are also done on the related WTO environmental protection criteria and the environmental standards of home electrical appliance markets in the main developed countries of the world, In order that the domestic home electrical appliance industry break through the green trade barriers and improve the core competition, the reply strategies that should be adopted from enterprise aspect and from government aspect. The strategies are given by analyzing the specific home electrical appliance enterprise on basis of the problems and causes of green trade barrier of the home electrical appliance industry of our country. This paper is helpful to home electrical appliance enterprises of our country, and it is of good referential significance and of popularizing value not only in theory but also from the aspect of enterprise practice.
