Rapid growing state-owned enterprises have the characteristics of both fast growing enterprises and state-owned enterprises. The speed of growth has led to more demanding customers. In addition, the increasingly flexible market also threatens the monopolistic position of state-owned enterprises. Given the many competitions, rapid growing state-owned enterprises will have to improve their core competence by attracting, developing and retaining key talents. The thesis first looked at the process of strategic human resource planning, then analyzed the case of Company E regarding the incompatibility of its human resource management with its strategy. Based on the analysis and from the perspective of strategic human resource management, the author recommended that a career growth and training & development system must be established for key positions in the organization.
