Financial Policy Research On The Consummation Of The Urban Housing Guarantee Of Our Country

After years of exploration, we have initially established urban housing policy system relatively suitable to China's national conditions. Our country's real estate development mainly lies in three aspects of housing supply: commercial housing property serves for the demand of the high-income people;Economical&suitable housing property serves for the demand of the middle&low-income people; Rent-cheap housing property serves for the demand of those who can not afford to get it. Due to various factors, China's housing security system is not very sound.Therefore the key to resolve this issue is to effectively play the role of finance. In this paper, the issue is studied systematically: Firstly I introduced the contents and model of the housing security system; Then discuss the Government's financial housing security system, the significance of the building and theoretical foundation, and analysis of china's existing housing security system, analysis of its achievements, the problems and financial reasons; Finally conclude with perfecting China's urban housing security system's financial measures.For the perfecting of government functions, it has important practical significance and practical value to implement the scientific development concept and building a socialist harmonious society.
