Recently, as a lot of private enterprises enter their secondary achievment, because of the inborn limitation of the private enterprises' theirself mechanism and management, and the huge variety of the social market environment of China, the loss of talented people become increasingly outstanding, and become a headache problem for numbers of private enterprises more and more. With our country entering WTO, the foreign capital and technique flow out further into China. "The domestic competition turns internationalization, international competition turns the domestic ", and the talent competition become a key . The local business enterprises face the huge pressure that the talent run off. The biggest impact to the business enterprises of our country will be the loss of talent; The biggest challenge is the lack of the talent.The thesis studies on the private enterprises' problems about human resource management ,with a method combining the theories analysis with the substantial research. During the period of study, for the sake of the better understanding present status of private enterprises' human resource management, it designs a related inquisition questionnaire, and five private enterprises at this city carried out a questionnaire. The inquisition data is adopted by SPSS software for description analysis, the reliability analysis and the ANOVA analysis, and the existing problems in the aspect of the performance appraisal, the salary management and the training system are discovered as follows.The performance appraisal has some problems: the appraisal result is subject, the appraisal result isn't applied widely, and the appraisal consciousness is cool. The main problem in the salary management system is that it lack incentive, including no relation between the appraisal result and the wages, the equalitarianism in the post wages and the performance wages. The problems of the training system exist in three aspects: the defective training system. the insufficient analysis in training demand and the lack evaluation of the training result.Aim at the existent problems of the human resource management of the private...
